Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Can I return an order that was damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory?

Yes of course, for solving your return, exchange, or refunding problems please contact me at itsletati@gmail.com within the first 14 days of arrived package. You will have to organize and cover the costs of shipping the package back to me but will get a full refund of the initial price.

Can I cancel my order after already going through with it?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by sending me an e-mail at itsletati@gmail.com and recieve a full refund.

How do I exchange an item for another thing in your shop?

Please contact me regarding an exchange to your order you would like to suggest at itsletati@gmail.com and include as much information as possible. It is suggested that you return the items and place a new order as all of my pieces are unique and I can not put them on hold for the duration of shipping from your place back to me. This way you will receive a full refund for the returned items and get the new order quicker than if we proceed with an exchange.

Packing

I try to use sustainable packing materials and mostly reuse packaging that has either already been used or is repurposed otherwise. I hope you understand and appreciate that the parcel might look slightly rough, but is packed neatly and safe enough for your order to arrive intact. In the meantime, I will strive to invest and come up with other eco-friendly packing methods for your next order.

Shipping

Where do you ship and what services do you use?

I ship worldwide through post or other services upon your request. In case your country isn’t listed as an option when filling in the info of your address, please email or dm me directly so I can fix that immediately. 

When is my order going to get processed and shipped?

I try my best to fulfill orders within 5 business days unless stated otherwise. For items listed as preorders, the date is stated next to the product and you can also reach me through e-mail inquiring about estimated arrival times.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders within Slovenia where I am located, arrive in 1 to 3 business days. International orders within Europe usually take between 5 to 7 working days and the rest of the world can take up to 21 days.

How much does shipping cost approximately?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and amount of the items you order and the country of your address. Depending on these two the postage is already being calculated in the cart section as you are shopping. Rough estimations for orders under 2kg (1-3 ceramic pieces) can be found below

Slovenia: 3€ + (depending on the weight)

Europe 8 €+ (depending on the weight)

Rest of the world: can vary

My order hasn’t arrived or the arived order is not mine, what now?

What can you do about customs, import fees, or import charges?

If you're ordering from outside the EU, you may have to pay import fees, which are determined by your country's customs. I am not responsible for any additional import charges and have no power over them.
